Darryl Yap defended the trailer of his upcoming movie about the late sexy actress Pepsi Paloma, which was the basis of the cyberlibel case filed against him by veteran TV host Vic Sotto.

Article continues after this advertisementIn his post, Yap shared a screenshot from the trailer which shows Rhed Bustamante, portraying Paloma, answering “oo” (yes) to a question confirming if Sotto “raped” her.

Yap then claimed that Paloma filed a rape case against Sotto but that she later withdrew the complaint.

The benchmark PSEi fell by 1.50 percent, or 112.73 points, to close at 7,424.52 while the broader All-Shares index slipped by 1.08 percent, or 44.05 points, to settle at 4,033.36.
